Meenakshi Iyer is a Partner with Advaya Legal, a broad based commercial law firm based out of Mumbai, India.

Meenakshi began her career in litigation in 1997 with a respected real estate practice based in Mumbai.  In the year 2000, she joined one of the leading litigation firms in Mumbai.  Meenakshi has vast experience in complex litigation, alternate dispute resolutions and real estate transactions.

Meenakshi has represented various Indian and multinational companies in a wide variety of disputes before various fora. She has also advised on all legal issues related to property transactions, including conveyancing, mortgaging, leasing, tenancy, licensing, building and engineering contracts, stamp duty and registration issues and structuring of such transactions and drafting the related documents.

Meenakshi has vast experience in all kinds of high profile litigations relating to commercial disputes, enforcement of Constitutional Rights, Arbitration and Property Laws, matters under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971, eviction suits in the Small Causes Court, Testamentary suits, applications before the Charity Commissioner under Section 36 of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 etc.
