Ashish began his career as a general corporate lawyer specializing on all aspects of business law.  He acted for various parties on a host of issues pertaining to infrastructure, project finance, private equity, media, including on issues pertaining to foreign investment and securities law.  Ashish has been part of many high profile matters including a hostile takeover under the Takeover Regulations. Ashish has also acted as a trustee for various private trusts and continues to advise various non-profit organizations both in India and abroad.
