Cecilia G. Rodriguez Grellet

Cecilia Rodríguez Grellet is an Attorney-at-law graduated from the University of the Savior (Universidad del Salvador – USAL) with a specialization diploma on Legal Advisory services for Air Companies offered by the University of Buenos Aires (Universidad de Buenos Aires – UBA) and the Catholic University of Argentina (Universidad Católica Argentina – UCA). Moreover, she has taken courses on Administrative Law, Corporate issues, Financial Law, Maritime Law and Customs Law in the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and an Aviation Law Postgraduate Course in the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).

She has practiced law in the public sphere as legal advisor to the Credit Management of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (B.C.R.A., for its Spanish acronym) for matters connected with the creation and administration of trusts.

As to her current professional life, she is practicing law in the private sphere, providing specialized advisory services on Airport and Aviation matters, and on Airport Infrastructure projects, with a marked vocation for contractual matters, Administrative and Corporate Law matters. She has led and participated in the development of start‑up projects for Air Carrier companies. Furthermore, she has performed as the Statutory Auditor of Commercial Aviation Companies.

She also has a wealth of experience on Business Acquisition, foreign investments in Argentina, licenses, negotiation and advisory services on debt restructuring of domestic and foreign companies.

Furthermore, she is experienced in preparing bids for bidding processes called by the International Entities such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), among others.
