Entry into force of the mandatory “no re-export” clause to Russia
Since 20 March there is a new legal requirement which obliges exporters of certain types of goods to include “no re-export to Russia” clauses in their contracts. This obligation is particularly relevant for the aviation industry in general, because the list of items is very wide and includes many goods that are usually traded in this industry. We have prepared a short news alert which you will find attached, in case you consider it worth sharing with the network. It is also accessible on our website under Entry into force of the mandatory “no re-export” clause to Russia | AUGUSTA ABOGADOS.
