February Jurisdictional Update – South Africa

• Working on the ongoing dispute of who is responsible for performing hold baggage screening at the primary South African airports. 
• Acting for Swissport in a license dispute with Airports Company South Africa. 
• Acting for a well-known South African airline that’s in dispute with the Air Services Licensing Council that is threatening to suspend their license because of alleged contravention of that license.
