Aaron Levet V

Aarón Levet -admitted to practice law in 1983- joined the Firm in 1980 and effective January 1992 he became a partner of Santamarina y Steta. His practice is focused in the general corporate and banking areas, with emphasis on aircraft related matters. Aarón is 100% fluent in the English language.

For many years Aarón has represented local and foreign airlines in their day-to-day activities and regulatory matters. He has been actively involved in the preparation and negotiation of documentation relating to the financing and/or leasing of commercial and private aircraft, representing providers of financing, foreign lessors/owners and Mexican air carriers, as well as in the establishment of Mexican branches of international air carriers and aircraft service and repair workshops, including the permitting processes before Mexican aeronautical authorities.

Aarón serves as Secretary or Assistant Secretary of a number of Mexican subsidiaries of multinational corporations, including Mexican Commercial Banks (organized as Affiliates under the North American Free Trade Agreement) other Mexican industrial and commercial corporations.
