José Elías is the founding partner of DEL HIERRO ABOGADOS and Consultores JE Del Hierro. Associate Attorney Parra, Rodriguez & Cavelier (1997 to 2004). He was previously a Director of Legal Department Fidugán, BBVA Trust (1994 to 1996); Legal Division attorney Arthur Andersen (1992 to 1994); Secretary General of the Insurer El Libertador (1990 to 1992); and Attorney at L Posse y Cia (1987 to 1989).
