Marco Novoselac is a partner at gbf Attorneys-at-law and mainly advises international companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on the purchase/sale of aircraft, including tax and customs implications of such transactions, financing of large business jets and airliners, and use, operation, and maintenance of aircraft, as well as on aviation insurance coverage issues. In addition, Marco has significant experience in the technology and digital sector as he founded, developed, and successfully sold a Swiss e-commerce company.
Marco studied law at the University of St. Gallen, where he obtained his lic. iur. HSG law degree. He went on to obtain his Executive Master of European and International Business Law (EMBL-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen as well. He was admitted to the Swiss bar as an attorney and admitted as a notary public in 2001.
