Goran Ilej

Goran is a Senior Partner at Ilej & Partners in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners and the leader of the Croatian practice. He is an attorney at law admitted to the Croatian bar association, practicing in Croatia. Over the years, he has acquired strong expertise in advising clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, equity investments, restructurings, acquisition and project financings etc. Goran regularly assists domestic and international companies with various matters related to Croatian corporate and banking & finance law, often involving multiple jurisdictions and complex structures and relations.
