Karel Šindelka

Karel Šindelka has been a partner in the Prague office of Zeiner & Zeiner since 2007, having joined the firm as an associate in 1998. In 2006 he was on a secondment with the legal department of Philip Morris in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he worked as a trademark specialist.

He is active in the areas of general commercial law, commercial disputes, arbitration, aviation law and intellectual property right enforcement.

He has participated in a wide range of claims against counterfeit product distributors and has presented seminars to employees of Czech administrative agencies on the topic.  He is an external teacher of Law at the Škoda Auto University. 

Karel Šindelka graduated from the Masaryk University Faculty of Law in 1998, with a Magistr Juris degree.
