Linda is a Senior Associate at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla &Khanna and a member of the banking, finance and insolvency team. She focuses on banking, finance, insolvency restructuring and aviation.
She has considerable experience in real estate, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, and other regulatory matters. Linda represents Kenyan and foreign lenders in both secured and unsecured financing transactions and has acted for borrowers in local and cross-border financing transactions.
Linda is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University.
