Miriam Kavanagh

Miriam Kavanagh is the principal of Miriam Kavanagh Professional Corporation. Her practice primarily consists of aviation transaction related matters, including aircraft purchases, sales, financings and leases with a particular emphasis on the operating side of the aviation industry. Clients are located within and outside Canada and include airlines, aircraft parts manufacturers, aircraft maintenance facilities, purchasers, vendors, lessors, lessees, lenders and borrowers. Having practiced since 1980, Miriam has numerous contacts in the Canadian aviation business and legal communities. Other areas of practice include corporate, commercial and real estate.
