Peter Jaari

I am a member of the dispute resolution team. I have years of experience in dispute issues related to housing real estate transactions, and housing corporations use my services for issues related to them. These issues also involve contractual disputes and disputes that are within the scope of the developer’s responsibility in accordance with the Housing Transactions Act. Additionally, I advise Finnish and foreign companies in matters related to contractual and commercial disputes.

My areas of special expertise also include business offences, particularly occupational safety and environmental offences. Our clients are typically companies operating in sectors that have a wide scope of occupational safety issues and aspects related to environmental protection, which occasionally results in challenging situations. I feel that my comprehensive experience as a defender in criminal cases also gives me extensive knowledge in advising clients on the anticipation of safety risks and actions that adversely impact the environment.

My special expertise in contract law is on commercial agency agreements and advising commercial agents in legal issues. Consumer law is part of my routine work, as I assist, among others, AKL’s member companies in matters related to the motor trade.

Customer service is my passion, particularly when the clients represent many nationalities and cultures. In my previous career, I worked in customer service and sales in the airline business. I am energized by nice customer service situations and the satisfaction of our clients.
