Rudolf is the founding partner of PENDL MAIR Rechtsanwälte OG and specialized in aviation law since 2004. He graduated from Karl-Franzens-Universität, Graz, with a PhD and also graduated from New York University in 1995 (LL.M.).

Rudolf mainly represents aircraft manufacturers, airlines, insurers and reinsurers. He advised in numerous aircraft transactions and all related contractual matters as well as all regulatory matters, including the establishment of airlines.

He is regularly mentioned in the Who’s Who Legal – International Who’s Who of Aviation Lawyers asbeing among the world’s leading Aviation Lawyers.
