• As the air travel landscape continues to evolve, passengers have become increasingly important in shaping the industry’s future.
• Environmental concerns, demographic shifts, technological advancements, and geopolitical challenges are some of the factors that are driving change in the aviation
• To ensure sustainable growth for the aviation industry in the future, it is essential to consider the potential landscape and prioritize the needs of customers.
• By 2050, the industry aims to achieve diverse objectives, including decarbonization, data protection, intermodal transport enhanced accessibility, and passenger protection.
