February Jurisdictional Update – Uruguay

The Corporación América Airports (CAAP) that handles all airports will be taking over the international airports (11). This will be financed through cross subsidies from Montevideo airport. This is certainly an issue for the international alliance because all costs are rising, and traffic is low.
