Effective 16 November 2023, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has implemented the increase in its schedule of fees and charges for air navigation services. The increase affects all operational charges for the use of the enroute and terminal navigational facilities and air traffic services of the CAAP as required by the ICAO, and based on each arrival, departure, or overflight. The flights affected are domestic flights, inbound and outbound international flight, and overflights. Even included are the training flights conducted by pilot schools which will ultimately affect the fees paid by students.

Air carriers flying to and from the Philippines are advised to take into consideration the updated CAAP fees and charges.
