Mr. Kyrre Kielland has, inter alia, extensive experience with financing and other transactions within shipping and aviation. Mr. Kielland takes on assignments for banks, airlines, lessor/lessees, shipowners and others with negotiations and closing of transactions and complex loan and leasing structures. He regularly provides advice within contract law, maritime law and aviation law.
Mr. Kielland is also known for his experience within export financing and further holds broad experience with advice to and litigation for producers, insurance companies and others within product liability law.
