Alban is a Partner heading the Albanian practice, and has more than 21 years of professional experience as an attorney at law both in Albania, in private commercial practice, focusing his expertise on energy, infrastructure, real estate, dispute resolution, employment and telecommunications. Alban has been involved in many of the concession projects undertaken in Albania for the development of motorways, airports and airlines, HPPS etc., advising concessionaires, lending banks and contracting authorities. His experience in privatizations includes an impressive track record of involvement in the major, major transactions to have taken place in Albania.
