With over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients in aviation and airport financing, Andrés focuses his practice on cross-border transactions for the acquisition, leasing, and financing of aircraft, representing lenders, lessors, financial institutions, operators, and government entities.
In the airport sector, he has participated in infrastructure projects advising public and private entities on legal structuring processes, regulatory compliance, and public-private partnership schemes. He has also represented concessionaires and operators in the negotiation of key contracts.
Additionally, he has been involved in restructurings and insolvencies of Mexican airlines and regularly advises domestic and foreign airlines, as well as international companies in the sector.
