Andrew Rae is Resident Managing Partner in Trowers & Hamlins’ Abu Dhabi office. Andrew specializes in Middle East project development, corporate and project finance. He has extensive experience in large scale projects (ports, pipelines, petro-chemical and energy etc.)
Andrew’s experience includes project development and finance in the Middle East, privatization and corporate structuring including extensive capital markets experience. Andrew has been based in the Middle East since 2000. Andrew is lead partner in the firm’s Abu Dhabi Finance and Projects team which specializes in project development, privatization and capital markets work and aviation.
Andrew is acknowledged as a Leader in the field of Corporate / Commercial in Global Chambers and Partners’ Guide to the Legal Profession.
