Oluwadamilola is an Associate in Aluko & Oyebode’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private Equity practice groups. Oluwadamilola’s practice is focused on providing practical and business-savvy solutions to clientele principally in the financial services, insurance, telecommunication sectors and aviation industry.
Oluwadamilola advises and works with clients in the aviation industry to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance. She provides legal counsel to aviation companies and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including aircraft acquisitions, sale and leaseback arrangements, mortgages, and aircraft acquisition financing.
Her practice also covers navigating regulatory requirements for ownership and creation of security interests over aircraft.
