Manuel A. Perez is a Founding Partner of Harper Harper Meyer Perez Hagen O’Connor & Albert LLP. His practice focuses on international transactional matters, cross-border purchases and financing, and aviation law. Many of the transactions Mr. Perez has worked on involve significant acquisitions of goods and equipment with an emphasis on aircraft for both commercial and private uses, as well as bulk sales of equipment. His international experience includes many transactions with various lenders, manufacturers, and high net worth individual air carriers in connection with FAA matters. Mr. Perez is a member of The National Aircraft Finance Association and The National Business Aviation Association. Mr. Perez is fluent in Spanish.
