Matthieu de Varax founded Odi-sé Avocats as an aviation boutique law firm nearly six years ago, having spent more than 25 years before in international firms in London and Paris. He was joined in 2019 by partner Thomas Boone, who brings a wealth of transactional and restructuring work experience gained in private practice at global law firms and in large international banking institutions.
