Read more...On 17 March 2022, a new Spanish alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceeding for claims under EC Regulation 261/2004 was approved through Ministerial Order TMA/201/2022. The regulation was passed to comply with the mandate of Act 7/2017, which implemented EU Directive 2013/11/EU on ADR for consumer disputes.

Además de las medidas administrativas adoptadas y de las declaraciones de condena provenientes desde muy diversos sectores, entidades no gubernamentales como la UEFA, FIFA, IIHF, IHF, Euroleague Basketball y muchas otras han tomado acuerdos tendentes a excluir a entidades rusas y bielorrusas de sus respectivas actividades.

These are undoubtedly the most severe sanctions agreed against a state in recent times, as the European measures join those of many other countries, with the United States and the United Kingdom leading the way.
