Ayodeji Oyetunde is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice of Aluko & Oyebode.
Ayodeji advises on all aspects of aviation business and is constantly briefed to advise on the establishment and licensing of aviation service providers, capitalisation of aviation companies through debt and equity financing, aviation-related mergers and acquisitions, aircraft insurance, due diligence, acquisition of aircraft and transfer of ownership.
Ayodeji also advises aviation companies and financiers on various aspects of aviation finance transactions such as sale and leasebacks, creation of mortgage on aircraft, restructuring of aircraft loans and aircraft acquisition financing.
He was singled out by Chambers Global as being technically sound, commercially savvy, calm and collected. On a recent transaction, a client noted that “Ayodeji’s assistance has been invaluable and I doubt we would have been able to close this transaction without this input and pragmatic approach.”
