Gregory is an Associate at Aluko & Oyebode, where he is a key member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private Equity practice groups. Within these designated practice areas, his legal advisory experience ranges across a variety of economically significant sectors in Nigeria, including the aviation industry.
Gregory advises on debt and equity capital raising transactions for entities operating within the aviation industry, corporate restructurings in respect of aviation-related businesses and general aviation regulatory compliance.
He further provides legal advice to financial institutions advancing credit for the acquisition of aircraft both within and outside the shores of Nigeria, and assists clients to navigate the process of registering ownership and security interests over aircrafts in Nigeria.
