Ben focuses on insurance coverage and litigation, advising both local and international insurers.
He has experience in the resolution of insurance disputes in both the High Court and through arbitration, mainly in the insurance areas of coverage disputes, professional indemnity, warranty and indemnity, product liability and construction and engineering. He also has medical malpractice experience.
Ben has a BA and LLB degrees from Rhodes University.
