Fred Mogotu is an Associate in the real estate and finance department of Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP.
He focuses on real estate and aviation law including advising on aviation regulation, aviation finance and leasing and acquisition of aircraft. Fred has co-authored the Kenya Chapter of the Aviation Law Review published by the Law Review and the Kenya Chapters of Aircraft Finance and Aircraft Liens, published by Sweet & Maxwell.
