Mark is a partner in Aluko & Oyebode’s litigation and dispute resolution team.
He is a seasoned litigator and also has successfully carved a niche for himself in aviation dispute resolution as well as negotiating out of court settlements in favour of clients in this area.
In the course of his aviation dispute resolution practice, Mark represents a number of airlines on aviation disputes. He has represented airlines on litigation arising from aircraft leases, aircraft acquisition and aircraft financing. He also routinely handles passenger claims disputes.
Mark is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and also an accredited mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
