Costa Rican Congress approves merger of Banco de Costa Rica and Bancredito

The Congress approved unanimously the Bill N° 20366 that authorized the merger of Banco de Costa Rica with Banco de Credito Agrícola (Bancredito).

Banco de Costa Rica Will prevail and mantain all conditions included in the Agreement executed with the airlines, for the collection of the departure tax and the baggage inspection fee.
